Is there really no monthly subscription?▼
Correct. There's no flat monthly fee for the platform. You pay based on what flows through the system: 1.5% on payments collected, ₦75 per customer served (above 50 included), and 3% on debts recovered. If your total usage is below ₦5,000 in a month, a minimum of ₦5,000 applies after your trial.
Why should I trust a system with no upfront cost?▼
Because our revenue depends on your revenue. If you don't collect payments, we don't earn from processing. If you don't get customers, we don't earn from conversations. This alignment means we're invested in making your business succeed — not in locking you into a contract.
How does the prepaid wallet work?▼
You top up a wallet (₦5,000 minimum) via card, bank transfer, USSD, or mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Orange Money). Customer-served charges deduct from it automatically. Payment processing and debt recovery fees are taken from the transaction itself — they never touch your wallet. Your balance never expires.
What happens if my wallet runs out?▼
Only customer handling pauses. Everything else stays fully active — your inventory, accounting, team features, payment links, reports. You get an alert at ₦2,000 remaining. Top up and it resumes instantly. No data lost, no downtime on operations.
What happens after my trial if I don't pay?▼
Your account enters read-only mode — you can still view all your data (reports, contacts, history) but can't create new transactions. Your data is never deleted. Add a payment method and everything reactivates instantly.
What about the payment processing fee — is that on top of Flutterwave?▼
Yes. Flutterwave charges their standard rate (1.4% domestic). Our 1.5% is layered on top. Total is ~2.9%. You get payment collection + a full business operations suite for that.
Can I use just the operations tools without customer handling?▼
Absolutely. If no customers are served through the platform, you only pay the ₦5,000 monthly minimum. That gives you full accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, POS, and 20+ modules for ₦5,000/month.
Are outbound messages (broadcasts, reminders) charged?▼
No. Business-initiated messages — broadcasts, payment reminders, marketing messages — are included at no extra charge. You only pay when a customer initiates and is served.
How is debt recovery charged?▼
When the system sends payment reminders to your overdue customers and they pay via the generated link, 3% of the recovered amount is deducted before settlement. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. Compare this to collection agencies that charge 25-50%.
